Booket dette hotellet samme dag som jeg sjekket inn. Hadde opprinnelig booket et opphold et annet sted som var ubeboelig, meget god service og forståelse over min situasjon. Ble i tillegg oppgradert! Alle rom i hotellet har balkong. Meget god lydisolering. Vil definitivt booket dette hotellet igjen

ケアンズでの「定宿」として、毎年宿泊しています。 フロントスタッフやハウスキーパーの皆さんの対応がとても良く、いつも快適に過ごすことができています。 また来年も宿泊します！

Very convenient location - right on the esplanade, opposite the "beach" swimming area with loads of restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. Very easy to get to Marina for day trips and other attractions such as Night Markets and Rusty's Fruit Market. Nice balcony and good kitchen if you want to be able to eat in. Was a bit noisy some evenings with buskers of varying skills but generally quiet from 9.30/10pm.

My room overlooked Shields Street. Great views to the Lagoon but very noisy at night. Will definitely stay again & will request a room Esplanade side. Position of hotel is excellent 5 minutes walk to everything. New bathroom was much appreciated.
