Estadia bem tranquila, hostel em boas condições, apesar da cidade estar lotada consegui me hospedar em um bom quarto. Agradeco a hospitalidade principalmente da Joene Nogueira, muito educada e prestativa.

On m'a attribué un lit qui était déjà pris mais quand je suis arrivé il n'y avait personne. Donc je me suis installé quand la personne est arrivée vers 23h., Elle était surprise et j'étais là. Ce genre d'erreur n'est quand même pas très normal mais j'avais bien vu que le jeune qui était à l'accueil était hésitant Chambre de 4. Les pièces sur rue sont bruyantes. Sanitaires bien Pas de serviettes fournies. Situation dans quartier tristounet mais a 15 mn à pied de O'connell street puis la ville (sinon tramway ligne verte). Tarif très abordable

Minimal facilities for price given that a towel isn’t even included nor facilities to heat up food, etc. Staff friendly but gave no info upon check in. However, very clean!

I made the mistake of picking a non-refundable booking for the wrong dates, immediately called the property from abroad to try to swap the dates, it was very hard to speak to the relevant department and I followed in different ways for days. I received the confirmation via email that my claim was denied and they wouldn’t offer me the change of dates free of charge. Their delay with responding to my query made me feel an unvalued customer and that’s not a professional representation of the hospitality sector.
