Cozy studio apartment with air conditioning, a private deck, and easy access to Brighton's outdoor activities. Eu tenho um grande apartamento no 2º andar. Este apartamento é separado da casa principal e tem o seu próprio quintal quintal cercado. Existe um baralho 22x12 com uma churrasqueira a gás. Minha propriedade fica no que resta de uma grande fazenda e fica a 1,6 km do centro de Brighton. O estúdio pode acomodar até 4 pessoas. Há uma área de cozinha básica com geladeira, micro-ondas e cafeteira. Este é um lugar simples, com acomodações agradáveis. (Vou colocar uma nova cerca na primavera, juntamente com outras melhorias.) O esqui em Mount Brighton fica a 1,6 km e a área de lazer de Brighton State fica a 1,6 km. A cidade de Brighton está a uma curta distância de aproximadamente 1 milha. Há um depósito de segurança de US $ 50 e, se não houver danos, será devolvido! Este apartamento é o 2º andar com muita privacidade. Há uma escola do outro lado da rua com um playground. O local tem um toque rústico, mas não é um tipo de lugar para se divertir, etc! Os visitantes estão bem, desde que você respeite a propriedade. Este apartamento, em Brighton, está numa zona rural. Alguns marcos locais são Michigan War Dog Memorial e Parshallville Cider Mill, ao passo que a natureza local pode ser observada em Brighton State Recreation Area e Island Lake State Recreation Area. We were in for a graduation. The space is as described and pictured. It was in the upper 80's the entire time we were there and the AC plus the fan kept it cool in there (for those of us from south Texas). I was particularly impressed with the mattress and pillows. They were very comfortable and not like normal Vrbo's where the pillows go flat middle of the night. Would definitely stay again. The host gave good specific instructions before we arrived that was appreciated. Only thing is that if you have mobility issues, there is a large staircase to get into the spot. Highly recommend.

Property was as listed online. Good for short stays. We stayed 4 nights. There are limited towels, etc and with no washer and dryer in the unit. We had to be conservative and reuse towels (not something we prefer). No a/c in the unit, but the small wall heater worked great.

The host had excellent communication and quickly replied to any questions i had. The apartment was very clean and cozy whoch sas important since it was so cold outside. The location was excellent just 5 minutes from downtown Brighton and grocery stores and restaurants. I woukd highly recommend this apartment and owner

Absolutely perfect please to stay for what we needed. Only downside was the water does have a weird smell but we had bottled water and he did provide a water pitcher for use in the mini fridge. Thank you for letting usbuse your space.
