Hotel com arquitetura muito bonita, muito limpo. Porém fica afastado de Stone Town, o acesso é mais difícil e não vende bebidas alcoólicas. Então não tem vinho ou cervejano jantar ou na piscina. Além disso a região da Marina é feia e suja, que é onde o Hotel se encontra.

Hotel staff were extremely very helpful and friendly. Always ready to help with anything. I would definitely love to come back to this property.

I had a quick stay at the hotel, just overnight for an early flight. Though hotel is market 5 stars, it definitely does not feel like one. Unfortunately, the quality and speed of service were poor. For me and the other guest, there were two large towels (one each) and only one hand towel (to share?). I had to ask for an extra one and it took an hour to bring it. While I booked a room with two beds, we arrived to see that our room had one large bed. In order to separate it into two beds, we had to wait for an hour. While we were rushing to leave at 5.00am, it took over 15 minutes for the luggage to be picked up and brought to the reception. On the night of our arrival I told the staff that we need luggage service to be at 4.40. Nonetheless, it did not happen and only after a number of requests, the super slow luggage service arrived. Causing unnecessary stress and pressure.

Hôtel isolé de tout et entrée principale en travaux . Complexe propre et petit déjeuner correct . Dans l ensemble le personnel est accueillant par contre le service de chambre laisse à désiré . Parfois pas de serviette en arrivant le soir car les sales ont été prises mais pas remplacées . Il aura alors fallu plus de 2h et 8 appels pour en obtenir 2 autres alors que nous étions 4 dans la chambre. De même pour l eau. De plus le ménage a duré 2h pour un résultat juste correct . Mais en gros l hôtel est gentil

Nothing in the area around this hotel, staff not that helpful, food was just ok. Pool not that great, no close beaches, no close dining.

Omgivelsene utenfor porten var ikke noe særlig. Maten ble ikke lagd likt, så en dag var potetstappa veldig god og dagen etter var den ikke noe godt. Området innenfor portene var bra. Så rett på øya Prison Island. Hjulene på solsengene falt av.
