Booking at the last minute, we had been braced for Cairn House to be a run-down B&B, but we were pleasantly surprised to find it was a pleasant, comfy, and well-maintained gem. Our bed had one of the comfiest mattresses we've found in a hotel bed, which were apparently in all the rooms. The owners were friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was clean and tidy. All in all, absolutely worth a visit.

Really enjoyed my stay here at Cairn House B&B one of the best if visiting Ilfracombe. The hosts are super friendly and the food was excellent. I shall definitely be returning my next trip to Devon and highly recommend to anyone looking for a accommodation in Ilfracombe. 5 stars

The Hotel is a lovely place to spend a few nights.. the drive into the parking is up a steep hill but easy once you know what to do.. parking is good.. The room was clean and well arranged overal a nice place.. Thank you

Practically everything was excellent. The room, breakfast, service were all spot on. The only problem we had was the entrance/exit to the car park. All very tight but it wouldn’t stop us returning if we are ever in the area again. Thank you

This is a lovely property that about 15 minute walk into the centre of town. The breakfast was excellent, the room was well equipped and airy, the bed was comfortable and the staff were lovely. Would recommend a stay here.
