The Cadlao resort was a true gem. All of the staff were awesome! We would highly recommend and come back some day. Can’t say enough about the little cottages. Loved everything about it.

This resort is a paradise. The staff is amazingly friendly and kind. It is very clean and it looks like a retreat. Food is healthy, the property is eco-friendly The room are not big, but just enough to spend a delicious and luxury stay. They have three pools. And the view is just stunning If I were to return, I would definitely book again this resort

Cadlao Resort was, without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip in the Philippines! From the second we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed by the most amazing staff. Every single person greeted us with warm smiles, kindness, and a willingness to help with absolutely anything. Their genuine hospitality made us feel less like guests and more like family, and it’s something we’ll always remember. The entire resort is beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. Our room was spotless every day, and the pool areas were always pristine, making them the perfect place to relax after a day of island hopping. The food was another pleasant surprise—we loved everything we ordered from the menu, with fresh, flavorful dishes that we looked forward to every evening. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wonderful variety of delicious options that gave us the perfect start to each day. What makes Cadlao Resort truly special isn’t just its beautiful setting—it’s the people. The staff’s warmth, professionalism, and constant smiles created such a welcoming atmosphere that it was genuinely hard to say goodbye. Thank you for making our family’s stay so memorable. We left with amazing memories, full hearts, and one wish: to come back again someday. If you’re visiting El Nido, don’t hesitate—Cadlao Resort is an absolute gem!

We have stayed there twice. The rooms are terrific and the staff are friendly and welcoming. A beautiful resort that is serene compared to a hotel downtown.

The staff were great, really friendly, polite, thoughtful and helpful especially at the restaurant/bar. Staff transporting to / from resort and town were also prompt and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and good mix of Filipino and Western options. Fruits were also a highlight, tasty and sweet dragon fruit, mango, pineapple and melon. The view of the beach and mountains from the restaurant and pool were also serene and picturesque. Try to avoid the rainy season. We were fortunate that the first 3 days were mainly sunny last two days were mostly rainy. Thank you to the staff for making our stay enjoyable.

The view by the pool is beautiful. The pool was nice and warm. The breakfast has plenty to options and the staff are really nice and professional.
