Certain lights not working, paint peeling off of the walls: massive dip in the middle of the bed and previous occupants cosmetics found under desk.Dusty arond pictures and mirrors .

The staff were excellent, experienced and great at understanding our needs and giving tourism tips. The pool was wonderful and the food very good.

hotel was truly amazing and the staff were excellent. This trip was to clelbrate our Diamond Wedding and the hotel made it truly special.

Your web site says you can check in from 3pm We arrived at 3.20pm approx The room was not ready until 4.05pm The receptionist gave us a complimentary drinks voucher along with 2 other waiting parties. Upon reaching our room there was no towels on my way down to reception I bumped into a member of the housekeeping staff who brought some up. We paid for a superior sea view room. We were looking out onto a flat roof with what looked like air conditioning outlet, If you looked over to the left you could get a glimpse of the sea. Which in our opinion is not a sea view s such. The plug in the wash basin did not fit properly. The loo roll was on top of the system not on a fixture. The cupboard containing the tea coffee facilities was not lit properly a candle would have given more light. A table and chair would not a go miss. The restaurant and food for our evening meal etc was excellent with good service from the staff. Breakfast was self service Your sister hotel The Alverton is waiter/waitress service to your table. The previous night I waited at reception for the young lady to return so I could get some more milk. Premier Hotels have these facilities on display so you can help your self. All in all we were disappointed by our overall stay Hopefully you will catch up with standards set by The Alverton based in Truro. Suffice to say we will not be coming again.
