Completely false advertising, dirty, and run by rude off-site staff. I checked out same day. I booked a "King Bed, City View" at Astoria Napoli Centrale for April 26, 2026. What I got was a nightmare: Wrong Room: A Full-sized bed, and instead of a city view, my window faced a barred back alley with someone’s underwear hung outside. Filthy: Dirt stains in the shower, food crumbs on walls, cracks everywhere, grimy sink. Looks like no real cleaning between guests. No On-Site Support: Check-in is a door code. I reported issues immediately via Expedia, got AI-generated bot replies promising a new room. No one followed up for hours. Rude WhatsApp Harassment: Someone named "Danilo" (online receptionist) messaged me on WhatsApp. He was incredibly rude, accused me of lying, demanded photos (I already on Expedia), and said: "Refunded for what sorry? Go complain with Hotiday for a refund, not with us." Do not stay here. They will take your money, put you in a dirty closet facing underwear, and insult you when you complain. Avoid at all costs.

A suíte é muito boa, confortável , moderna e limpa . Mas, o prédio é péssimo , o elevador parece de filme de terror. Achei a região assustadora. Não recomendo a região.
