Great location, good food, easy checkin, great housekeeping, helpful on checkout. Areas to improve - luggage assistance on arrival given stairs, better organization in access to rooftop for hotel guests (was allowed up but only if we stayed in a corner due to allowing an unplanned reservation blocking off the space)

Amazing stay! Lovely hotel at a perfect location to explore Madrid. The hotel is charming and the street is quiet, even being so close to Gan Via.
