We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to Disney with a shuttle bus going regularly. Lovely pool for the kids. Highly recommend.

It was clean and plenty to do at the hotel. The shuttle bus was good however there were very long queues after the fireworks.

Hello I booked 4 rooms with you, very disappointed about the rooms no air conditioning and the fans you gave us staff kept turning them off. There was no mention of a car park charge which we all had to pay £68 euros The football was turned off at 1:2 time with no care for your quests. The shuttle buses are dangerous- there should be more supplied for the amount of guests & hotels I would like you to offer me compensation as the hotel is not fit for purpose. I did request to upgrade to a suite as my son was ill from the heat but the increase in price was ridiculous Thank you

Love everything about it! Pizza is the best ever, rooms are perfect for what we need, staff helpful, pool great. Just a brilliant hotel. We've stayed here 5 times now
