Great stay at this hotel, room was clean and a good size. We had to ask for towels on arrival as only 1 was in the bathroom and the wardrobe door was jamming. Both were fixed straight away. The hot tub kept draining away so they sent a maintenance guy to fix it. It still drained away but we didn’t want to change rooms so only filled it when we wanted to use it. I asked for proper sunbeds for the terrace like the website photos show and we got these straight away. Staff were friendly and very efficient.

Swimmingpool was surprisingly small, we didn't have anywhere to leave our stuff or change our clothes. The worst of all is that the bathroom didn't have a door. Very unexpected.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Carmen Granada. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for our family, making it a great place to relax after exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of Granada’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. One of the highlights of our stay was the magnificent rooftop pool and bar, where we enjoyed beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The combination of a great location, comfortable rooms, amazing rooftop area, excellent breakfast and good amenities. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Granada
